This mornings tasting. The winner is Amur Kaluga Hybrid. Dom Petroff White sturgeon too briny, Amur Royal imperial has a  lovely golden color but a bit more oil than I like , the Kaluga Hybrid is firm, earthy with medium eggs, brown /golden brown....
